We stand behind every order with real human support, honest answers, and a team that stays with you from the first question to the final installation. When you buy from Arbor and Timber, you are not just getting a structure. You are getting a team that cares about getting it right.

How We Work

Orders are fulfilled and shipped by our brand partners directly to your address within the continental U.S. Our team handles pre-sale questions, order support, and post-delivery issues Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST. We provide clear, written policies covering shipping, returns, and refunds. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. A 25% restocking fee applies to approved non-defective returns.
